Their targets. They have a blunder system when it comes to KPI's. Even the managers have no friggin clue as to how tf they are calculated. My suggestion would be to grow your tech skills and aim for a better company. However, If you wish to earn good for 3-6 months, then go for this. Otherwise, Revolut isn’t worth for long-term career. Don't waste your time here as there is no job security. They can throw you out anytime they wish. Most of the employees of Revolut work there for 6 months. After that they are kicked out.
