In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Just upper face is good in this company..Name is good.

They not given any proper facality, make fake reviews with their employees and put them on Google and everywhere. if anyone can't work with this organisation then they given their employees legal notice and lot's of harrasment with their life. they ask for blank cheque for security just for but when you give this after some year they make some wrong with that. H.R & boss daughter is very bad like snake.

Nothing to like. Full office politics, the Daughter of the owner claims herself to be the BOSS but the ground reality is she knows nothing about the things going on behind the curtains. Wort company to work with.
