    RMSI is very good option for beginners who starting there career in GIS fields that becouse there working culture and Social Environment. If you are working for them you want feel any major pressure about meeting regular deadline you can work on basis on your learning Speed. I think this is a good thing for work Environment.

    There is always second side of every Coin If you are a beginner then have to know that there salary package are very low.

    ...Employees are shit scared and many people abscond as soon as they receive salary.

    Dislikes

    Your Manager can tell at you, and if your a concern for the same, you will be forced to leave the company saying you are not able to adopt the dynamics of the project. This is what exactly happened with me.

    I was completely addicted with the Company work location. Really i have superb memories with my last company like friendly nature with everyone.

    Actually I don't have anything like dislikes perticularly . Some times only i disappointed with the salary. That's it

    Job security and no pressure.

    Dislikes

    Less benefits and compensation which is not enough in this present market for a normal living. Even the security working there gets more salary than us. Even there is no team outing and they ask money from employees for that also. Dont even provide flexible shifts like only evening shift for males which cause health issues if work continuously,even other companies provide rotational shifts for all employees even females also.

    Worst management remaining suffer only senior candidates and salary hikes are not good and incentives also
