Probably one of the best domestic logistic company in India. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of its employees and to the leadership of Chairman Mr. Pawan Jain sir, Safexpress is well know brand in logistic industry in India. Excellent environment.

1)they say Employee to leave after certain time period ,Even Good working employee who is signing new client as well ,They don't want High working or loyal employees ,They spoil your career in mid anytime ,Beacuse you have to leave at spot with short time notice 2)They will tell you that they will Give you promotion next year But this is totally lie ,They will Get their Work done and after 3 to 4 years they Will say you we don't required you ,They will not give promotion to right candidate because they don't want high paid salary person ,Either they will transfer you or give preasure to you to leave company 3)Bad culture ,No respect of area manager towards junior. 4) Silent layoff culture by trasfering you 5)No leave policy 6)No holiday (Or restricted holiday) 7) earnerd leave Payment has not paid by them and leave also not passing 8)Use and Through culture -No promotion policies 9)High end pressure by area manager towards Junior . 10)Communities based biasness . 11)High end politics 12)Brainwash your mind that no company is comparison with safexpress. 13)Extreme level travel with salary of 22k only in hand 14)When you will leave -Hr Misbehaves with you ,I don't know why 15)No growth opportunities 16) Their working location is minimum 30 Km far from cities So Minimum 3k to 4k from your salary will Go into travelling so Join krte samay soche 17)Mostely their Hubs into backward area . 18)Working hours is 9 Am to 6Pm (9 hour working but you have to work by 9 Pm as well ,That is ok but they will not reward for it ,Only They will say in last tum krte kya ho ) Seriously your life beacme hell ,No leave for family no leave for mental level health ,at last you have to pay for medicines by going to doctor .

Only the best thing in this organisation is you are paid on time. 31st You will get your conveyance paid & on 6th of every month you will get your salary. 'G' Culture 😂

1) No Job Security 2) High level company politics. 3) You Should Have Top class buttering skills to survive here. 4) Extreme level of pressure. 5) No support from management if you are outsider & without god father. 6) Very toxic environment with hire & fire policy. Don't waste career here totally lala's type company culture.

Toxic Culture Micromanagement Nothing to learn. Salary of a graduate given to people with an MBA degree 6 days working in the name of productivity. Favoritism Fewer leaves, even if you are suffering from cancer, you can't take leaves. Lala company

... operations. My experience is overall good but some people play office politics. Salary and other benefits are good enough. Company culture is also good except manegement transfer employees to enterstate if employee denying the fire them instead of listen thair problem.
