    Politics is over the head. There is no value for hard worker. Who knows well skill about politics his job his roll in company is very good and every person like them. But who do hard work and disciplined means he is the waste of all.

    ... you have to come office at sharp 8:30am other 1 day salary will be deducted. It'snot just start, you have whole day to stick to your chair everytime , can't even take coffee break, thanks to god that lunch breaks are allowed but only for 30mins but if take more than that, then you will answerable. Chit chat with colleagues its a bad mark on your so called samsung image. Really an unhygienic and slave culture. No carrier growth,no passion, no new ideas nothing. If talk something new or try to change, they will say this is traditional company so these things are applicable here. People use watch thier screen fir several hours even though they don't have any work dor the day. Every thing is very very bad except salary. But its not worth to join master slave company for just money. If you will join, you will be fu#*@ up.
