Negative work environment. Too much toxicity and politics within the team itself, no unity. Micromanaging to whole another level. Was even asked to turn on the read receipts which is a clear invasion of privacy. Pictures taken of phone screen while I was chatting, without me knowing and circulating it around the office. Non accepting despite putting in consistent efforts to mix in. The environment is too toxic that the person becomes hesitant to even approach the management. Continuous intrusion in personal life. No training whatsoever given.Read More

To be honest and after working for 4 years in different organisations I can say , Saregama Carvaan Division is the most worthless organsiation . The company hardly pays any heed to it's employees and high level of attrition happens everytime . I can confidently say that 80% of the employees from ASM rank hardly works for not more than 6 months . I have worked in the east zone of the organisation, and the RM here is a " manager without Brains " and ambition . He is a person who knows to run from organisational problem and tries to put every blame to his juniors . If you don't want to spoil your career , donot join this organisation.Read More

No Job Security. Life will become hell the day you start here. No one listens feedback. Only distributor primary number is important. They just bill the distributor once and change the distributor. Now even company is not getting new distributors. Company has no thought of thinking about tertiary sales. I'm trying to sell a product which doesn't sell at all that too all alone. Only designation is Area Manager working here like a Distributor sales person. While joining they say there will be subordinates but in while state there is only one manpower.Read More
