The working culture is very professional yet friendly and the company really thinks about their employees and their well-being. People are supportive and you can always rely on company when it comes to employee wellfare. Seniors don't let you feel like they are superior. You get notified for every single thing which makes you feel a part of the organization. Employee get a family like treatment in the tough times like this COVID-19 pendamic.

Dislikes

Field force employees get very little opportunities to grow and pay scale is also lesser than the in house employees who also get way more opportunities than the field force. Pay scale can be better.

1. No focus on CSR activities for Individual 2. Lack of Trainings for Individuals

It feels good to do a work with our team, it is good about salary, working environment is also very good,,,, and i got learn a lot of things about our work, like about our team work, system knowledge, patience, self confidence,,,,,,,

In here there was a lot of pressure, and no job security, career growth is no well, no innovative things held in here, life is little difficult to balance in here......

As I have joined savex last year for wearable brands and i found during my visit the most important thing which was interactive nature of our MD's they are Gem, this things makes company great place to work

Dislikes

I have joined for Fireboltt brand, which is low asp business and current management of this brand is not good they are mean and clueless they don't have ethics to run the business and they not not passing negative things to management

Likes

Most likely the culture and team mates. Benefit that company provided.

Dislikes

Internal politics. No Additional training activities for employee growth. Work timings are very bad. Managers left on time and employees work like donkey's. No work life balance.
