In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Not at all. They ragging youngsters to secure their Jobs. Telling wrong / false stories to German management and miss guiding on attrition of employees.

20-30 employees left company due to organised ragging of 4-5 senior HO person in India.

Most unethical company ever I faced in my 15 years of experience.. Poor management. No value of employee.. And in name of Bond they simply extort money from employee if you break bond. Just one suggestion if you dont want to make your life hell then dont ever join this company.
