At searce, the CEO has assured that nobody will be fired or will have salary cuts due to covid situation, however, they did decide that there will not be any appraisals this year for anyone. Now considering the everything, I would say that it was a pretty good call, since the company also has enough cash to go on and even the medical insurances are given, which were automatically extended for covid too by the govt, so yeah overall it was a pretty good thing the company did, also there is work from home until march 2021, so its a good thing not going office and being safe working from homeRead More

Overall, the company has done great, the sales have actually been better, and it has grown, but there is no appraisals for employees, it feels like, employees have done more work compared to what they do in office, all while working from home, the company has gained more if not the same level of efficiency of work from it's employees, with more business and hence more profits, but for employees, there is more work but with 0 to minimum compensation in the end. Even there are no single time bonus for setting up office at homes like some furniture and wifi allowances, so yeah many good companies have done so, will appraisals, even the diwali gift was just a Rs. 1000 myntra coupon, whereas other companies have been giving good if not massive diwali bonus or gifts.Read More

One should think twice before joining this organization.Maybe thrice . The salary is very low with very less growth opportunities.You are required to work in night shifts .Even with this much salary , if you are learning something then its worth it.But you can just learn excel that too with very less expertise . The upper management is very poor .They hire people just to fool them for their time and when someone leaves , they can easily hire another one .even a 10th class student can easily do it .Read More
