Salary levels should be at par with the industry. Also specific areas being paid low while many others being paid really high creates an imbalance and dissatisfaction among people with same experience levels and same designations

Overall good work life balance but the main thing the salary structure which not as per market standards.

Salary structure and employees beneficiary schemes Employee insurance is own by company, there is no any TPA or no any insurance company linked, no cashless card as per other companies have.

A great schedule of learning and working with the Top most experienced person from organization and very much transparent communication among with all HOD, HR Head, Site Head and all.

Salary Negotiations, and salary structure.

1. pays salary on time every month 2. General behavior of people is good.

Dislikes

1. Job reliability is zero- depends upon whims and personal opinion of investors and their close people. Clash/ differences with people close to the investor family(who does not even work in Secure meters) can result in loss of job 2. initially learning will be good but after a year or so there will be little learning. 3. The company treats people very well at the time of joining , which becomes poorer at every passing year and while leaving the treatment is horrible. 4. There is serious problem with the new management.

decision making, salary bench marking and mismatch designation wise, senior management work like engineers not as managers
