    Senior management takes all the credit and money, juniors are made to work like bonded labours. Imagine the extra work days (Saturday) compensation is 500 rs/day (not even equivalent to 1 day salary) and that too across hierarchy (from analyst to Managers). Directors and above dont get anything extra for working on weekends. You have to be a certain caste to rise in the company.

    Salary is very less as compare to market value. Internal politics Low increment. job security. They provide FnF settlement amount & service letter after two month of LWD.

    There is nothing to like. You have to work 12-14 hrs without Overtime and without bonus. Still you don't know when you will kick out of the company.

    ... No matter how much you work hard without OT and bonus you can get order to leave the company any time.

    I liked nothing about this company.There are more things to be disliked than to be liked about this company.

    ...The company has poor work life balance and compared to other companies,the company does not pay much.. The company does not provide any incentive,paid leave and sick leave. There is no job security and they can remove anyone as per their wish.. Growth as well as opportunities are very limited.
