...ood manner. Weekly once lunch program along with team, it was amazing for chill. Company policies are good,they give gud salary hike and bonus every year.

According to from my side there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Training is not given to new joiners.

There is no flavor of MNC in this Company. Bosses bullies their subordinate and act like proprietor. There is no job security and decision to terminate anyone services is taken in minutes without giving them time to justify.

Manager Arif in KSA region is very unprofessional and I'll behavioured person. All management is unprofessional suppress their junior to sit idle.

Manager Arif Khan in KSA region is very unprofessional who likes to travel here and there on company expense unnecessary. No client knows him. He travels to show their higher management but he is very unprofessional who is always silent on emails,does not pick clients call, never come up with any solution. Very uncultured who just shout on their juniors.

Mid level management politics, poor administration, no policies, Proprietary kind of mentalities, no control over expenses, Top level management is very professional but cant administer the mid level , no BSC, business is monopoly hence going good else would be a disaster.

Very poor leadership. Just 2 people are running the business, and calling themselves top management of the company. Their is no transparency at any level, and these 2 so called senior management people are playing politics with all employees. Biggest liars I have ever seen in Corporate leadership level, just making money for themself.

Everything is a big dislike....... Do not join this Company if you do not want to spoil your career. Very small company, just 20 people in HO.
