favouritism is in FBT department. Few of the people don't have knowledge billing area and they are appointed as TL. and senior team members are working under TL.

...o manager will do the politics, u will only get the incentive in every 3 months. Conpany also has a Bond policy of 50000, so if any employee want to resign then manager and Hr will say to give 50000 and also u will not get the salary of notice period but u have to serve the notice period compulsary,

SGS provide opportunity work at various field. I am working in cement plant at present. Before that I was in iron ore mines. This kind of variation motivates you to work at the younger age.

Dislikes

Salary which is very low as compare to other jobs. I am Geologist but work here on designation of Inspection supervisor which is not bad but the payment I got very low.

Company culture is very good. Its a good corporate company which always values the employee's safety and Integrity. Well known brand SGS in particular sectors.

Dislikes

Salary is less - Negotiate before joining, Coordinating team is not good my department particularly, Job security - Depends on the HOD ur reporting. I didn't receive any Technical training, I have to learn on my own.

...positive mindset. Should be more productive. Then growth will be a definite one. Salary revision and overtime pay are moderate only, but will be satisfied.

Dislikes

Since job security is more, almost the employees retain their career in the company itself. So will get promotions slow and steady. Sometimes testing quality deviations occurs due to client satisfaction.
