    From the beginning the HR team is well connected with me starting from Telephonic interview,Face to face interview,salary negotiation offer letter & onboarding. Job description has properly explained to me which areas to cover ,in my experience no company is giving this much clarity before joining the company really surprised by the way supported me,worked in other companies also but such warn and good support never got from the HR team.

    Company is good . They are in market from 1962 onwards. I like salary will be credited on time every 3rd . bonus will come on diwali , appraisals on july every year. TA DA will be crediting next day of travel. Daily incentives are there which is very attractive compare to other paint companies. System driven company. If you achieve targets you will promoted and upgradation will happen . People are there who has been promoted in 3 months of span from SO to SM . Tele caller has been upgraded to sales coordinator. Some of the them who has been promoted in 3 month span from BDE to BDM . Less chances are there where they are recruiting RSM Level and above from market because internally they will be upgrading. Who is performing well they are getting chance to grow and earn good amount as salary and other perks. Who are not performing they are getting PIP as well non performers list .

    ... if we are not performing inspite of giving Salary and incentive then system will take the call about the person. Same for promotion also if we do good system will promoted.
