In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Poor quality network, less skilled bosses. Only lobby people surviving and growing. Weak culture. Can't move from headquarter even on weekends. 8 am daily concall for 1 - 1.5 hour for only sales projection. Work till 10/11 pm.

They provide meal at office at reasonable rate.

Dislikes

Company is not employee oriented. There is no Work culture & job security. Salary increment & promotion very slow i.e. salary increment is 5% & promotion done in 4 to 5 years. Work pressure is very higher although no timing fix for outgoing from office to home. No compensation leave provision there. No laptop facility. Parents is also not add in health mediclaim policy.
