But You will get multiple Products Like, FD,RD,Life Insurance, GI, Mutual Fund. Lots Of Polictics. You Have To Do Business By Your Own No Support From Company Or Upper Management.

    Work culture is good, work with life balance is also good. Its best for that person who is allready settled & he want nominally job. Managerial Behaviour is polite & Supportive. Minimum Pressure for Back end Employees. More Politics are Found in Working primices. More Supportive for Ladies Compare to Male Employees. Even mistake found of ladies.

    Salary structure is to poor, fresher salary & 5 Years old Shriram employees salary are same.. HR Policy who knows. None Skills Devolvement and Learning Session.

    The Company never fails to process salary,it always on time. It kept providing Full salary during covid days, didn't even deducted a single penny. Provided covid bonus to every employee.

    For a backoffice person the career growth is very slow. The appraiser don't even consider your performance.They only Hike those salary who are the personnel favourite. In All these years I have Just got one promotion. And it's because I asked for it. Upper level people are Just ignorents.
