Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years

There is good job security, confirmation, appraisal and salary on time feeling proud working with shriram pistons and rings limited. Good support from tool room and tool crib

Nontechnical and irresponsible manpower provided on shop floor, always manpower shortage to run the line we always struggle for manpower and maintenance department response is very poor.

1. Lot of old style paper work. 2. Management run by few oldies in autocratic way. 3. Organisation is going with structural change, manpower rationalization, 4. Organisation is facing transition phase due to market shift from IC engine to EV.

You feel like a family here. No politics. Very good culture for working. Very supportive and technical strong senior.

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.
