In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Schneider is better than Siemens.. Siemens is good but people working in Aurangabad plant they won't give respect to 3rd party people even not good salary..they just ask work .. Schneider is better than Siemens in salary respect and work life balance.

They prioritize safety. But at the same time their safety rules are sometimes totally bogus upto an extent that they come in way of job.
