It is a nightmare Experience working with SkillEdge. It is a fraud company running a scam business. Stay far away from this organization if you value your mental well-being, career, and financial stability. The work culture is toxic. salaries are unreliable and the company is nothing more than a money hungry scam operation disguised as an Ed tech enterprise. The abusive behavior from the CEO and CRO, coupled with their unprofessional conduct during meetings, solidifies SkillEdge as the epitome of a nightmare workplace. Spare yourself the suffering and avoid this dreadful company at all costs. They sell recorded videos downloaded from YOUTUBE/UDEMY, All the course videos are freely available on the internet. IT'S A PURE SCAM FOR THE STUDENTS AND A TRAP FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

...age during meetings. ------- In short Ch***ya company hai. Join karo agar - 1. Bina salary k kam karna hai. No salary for the last 3-4 months (They will send 5000 and say that we are paying partially this month). 2. Daily Gali sunna hai without any reason 3. Kam karna hai without week off. Actually, company is not chu**ya, the CRO and CEO should be called as " The Lord of Ch*tiyas"

...g to like in SkillEdge. If you want to work without salary, you are welcome. We never receive salary on time. Sometime we have to work with half salary in a month. The strange thing is you have to take permission to take week-off. They don't have HR policy means no holiday in a year, no paid leave. And the CEO want us to work 24X7. They don't have leads but they want us to complete the target. If we are unable to meet the target, then there will be salary deduction. Also they are selling fake product which is available in youtube for free. I would request the students not to join skilledge.

Everything. Trust me they are running some courses for the last 2-3 years but have 0 (ZERO) placements till now. Rohit (CEO) and Prakash (CRO) are the main culprits of the organisation and they are running a SCAM. The management want us to give fake promises for selling the products to the students like high package, instant placement. But trust me all these are fake. And as a result we have to suffer. Once they take the money and student don't get anything, students starts calling me. And the management tell us to blacklist the student number so that they can't call us back.

...PM, 11:00 PM and share what we have done in the last 12 hours in HH:MM level. Even they don't pay the salary on time. Sometimes we have even received Rs 5000 only in a month. Teachers continuously asks us for their pending payments. On the top of that they are forcing the employees to give 5* rating in these kinds of platforms. Never join this organization it is better to be an unemployed rather than working here. They used to have 50+ employees 1.5 years ago but now the number of employees is around 10 to 15. Everyone left because of this type of work culture.

No placement assistance only fake promise i paid 20k and indranil mukarjee promised for guaranteed placement but now he refused skilledge wasted 6 months of mine Not worth joining they dont give any respond to many of students in our batch Dont ever join skilledge.

No placement and No coordination with students is kind of zero they will literally forgot you after you pay the 20k fees on emi. Dont waste your time & money here When you going to join class they tell you we have CEO directors corporate hiring partners 200 companies Team is going to help for job placement you will get job easily in 3-4 months but at the end you will know each & every word was fake They taught you in finance courses syllabus Given you opportunities in decorated call centre as a Process Associate in UK & US shift I hope this review will help honest students & working professionals who want to join Advanced Finance analyst program.
