Deserving Candidates not get good pay only people who are really in touch of Higher Management get Good Appraisal. AVP of HR not having good behaviour. No program for skill development. No reimbursement for relocation. This is all aweful

Salary structure are good even for freshers and work life balance

Micro management was there, there is no job security, anytime your manager will say to resign if he/she doesn't want you in their team, this company is about favoritism and mostly employees are hired from family references. There is huge HR team but most of them are not even have time to listen their employee's concerns. I don't no why they are so many HRs in the team but the hiring they are doing with the help of consultants. So what's the point to hire TA executives.

IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH OIL FOR OILING MANAGER YOU CAN GET ENOUGH SUPPORT FROM THEM , OTHER WISE SIR SIR NOTHING VALUE. 1- Company politics - some people are haire to there delicate work( politics). 2- There are no new things to learn. 3- No job security because of politics. 4 - No one apprised to your good work either if any work worng in your end then you will fired. 5- Other department person envelope in your work and dipresed you either he is no idea for your work like ABCD.
