If you are planning to join this company it's better to be jobless. They are not giving you salary on time . They can fire you any time .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The work environment is extremely toxic, primarily due to the department head who encourages internal politics, favoritism, and fear-based management. Hard work goes unrecognized, there are no opportunities for learning or career growth, and the overall culture drains both energy and morale. This is not a place where talent is valued or respected.

its a startup company, still its a start up company, politics is present, no strict timing, flexible work, very less load, job security is poor...

teammates are friendly, there is no training, no career growth, no increment, less travel...

Most of the people will not interested to work and always depends on others, they may not feel any responsibilities, unable to deal who are with zero technical knowledge and act like a full of technical skills
