    ... Timings and all very good, when I started my career in other companies pay scale very less comparing to Sobha

    In QC Department your career growth will be based on your QST modules if they support you their will no difficulties but sometime definitely it won't happen because they working in organisation for more than 10 years when they became module head they think that company developed only because of their contribution. So you have to respect them more, they expect respect from your side to the hell and they won't teach you anything and makes you always feel like you are slave to them

    We can learn something about high rise buildings but you have to set your mind we are going to work 365 days a year.

    Dislikes

    Engineer's are treated like supervisors. Politics,Work life balance. Salary and increment. Sunday work. If you are able to arrange the materials and labours you're fit for this supervisor job . Mainly They will give you leave but not for your convenience.

    Work Culture is very good as compare to other companies.

    Dislikes

    Salary structure is very very low. Here sr. Managers of 16yrs experience are getting less than 60k. No accomodation, no transportation, no canteen facility. SOBHA is the big brand but only for clients not for its employees.

    Very Low salary( 50%less than market) Rare increment (2012-2023 ,4 times on average 8 percentage ) If your RA is good , you will enjoy the work else some old employee -RA do micro management, they will make your life hell. In supporting departments like p&m, electrical, plumbing some monkey mangers are available,they will only Rome here and there to so many sites,do nothing, they are not accountable for any thing , they are burden for site support team.
