...in this company. Most toxic enviorment, they can't even let you to have a lunch. This is prison, they don't pay you salaries they fire you anytime, they block your expenses, they abuse you, they just use and throw employees, tgey trap you in your interview, but this is the most worst place to work

bro i loved the founders honestly they have an amazing vibe , hes 53 but has a body of 25. We have like push up challenges in the office its crazy its not like any other startup would definitely recommend someone finding an opening in sports industry its a good start

For a few months when races are on there is no work life balance you are working at different cities but atleast i got to visit half of india cause of it

Its a typical fun thrilling startup which is honestly working towards making india fit. I loved the concept they are working towards aligned with my personal goals.

Absolutely nothing. The company is run by a married couple, who are so greedy that they can sell out their entire company in the blink of an eye. The husband (adnan) verbally abuses employees, physically intimidates them, and on top of that, gives ultimatums frequently, asking to achieve unrealistic goals or quit the company. Employees shiver and get anxious when he asks them for a one on one meeting.

Everything. There is no job security, no independence, no skill learning. The company hires people for random roles, and then when they start working there, the company asks them to not do that task and 'for the time being' be a part of Sales Team. They lure people with lies and fake promises and positions, and use them for maximum of 1 year and then dump the employee. The guy running the company NEVER appreciates anything that the employees try to do. He micro manages EVERYTHING. They have loopholed the employment contracts so that they can hold and cut salaries and fire people without any warning either. They target new and different campuses every year for freshers and fool them. They offer absolutely ZERO training and knowledge transfer, rather they directly load the employee with unexpectedly high targets. There are multiple other red flags related to this company (In short, PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM ASAP!!!!)
