Skill development is zero here. Upper management is the worse. They only promote toxic people. One of the best examples is already there in the company and that person is more successful . Even after employees from multiple teams complained about this manager regarding the toxic behaviour, no action was taken and then ultimately promoted to the director level recently. This just breaks the heart of the team and resignations are piling up. Salary is not up to the current market.Read More

The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years. You're constantly reminded of the fact that you're very replaceable and if you drop off anywhere then your appraisal will get affected.Read More

Everything. It's worse than a Government job. Be prepared to be caught off guard... Your manager may just be sitting on your unshared feedback for months to a year or concocting feedback to have you removed if you are on his / her wrong side. Data fudging ( EDAP) first hand experience, plotting against contemporaries is common. It's full of bosses, don't expect any leaders. Keep your moral compass at home. Don't believe the fancy lines of Don't never ever ever give up and people remember how you treat them...it's all marketing. Read the Glassdoor reviews, they have managed to annoy US employees also so it's not just us Indians being disgusted with the culture. They can literally drive you crazy and leave you unemployed because of mental health issues. C & T / HR are just puppets in the hand of business leaders. Don't ever ever join Sprinklr!Read More
