Work life balance is poor. The staff is horrible. After resignation also, they didn't marked exit on EPFO. Mentioned abscond while I resigned as per instructions. Office politics is too much. Poor infrastructure. Too much OT!!!

Don't have words, if you can handle excessive work load pressure then you can join this company, you have to do fake work if you want to impress your managers, no work ethics, no leaves. Everything depends on VP, no support from HR. Your VP is everything for you

Everything, work pressure, unrealistic target, worst culture, less pay, no leaves even if you have leave in your account, they don't approve your leave, no job security, if you will take leave they will fire you, no support from HR, timing is 9:30am strictly to 8:30-9pm. You have to do fake site visit if you want to impress your managers otherwise you have to work on Monday. You have to work everyday basically,

No traveling allowance No mobile allowance Office politics is on peak here Salary date is 10th of every month If they have to remove on their system no warnings will be given to you on your last month they shokingly exit you from company on 9th of next month so they make sure you don't get last month salary

...es, leading to the point where they are using the employees without paying them. They have yet to receive the salary, but they need closure with just joined candidates. Once closure is completed, the organization will benefit, but staff benefits are zero, and HR is completely useless. Therefore, this organization is not a good fit for you.
