The firm and the job have both been excellent for me and my growth as an employee. But even more importantly, I appreciated that our paychecks were not withheld during the Covid. I also verified with some of my co-workers. Nobody was given a pay cut. That has been a huge drive for me to come here and work. In addition, the folks I work with are really supportive.

Dislikes

The firm might benefit from some consumer variety. They're wonderful, however their similarity in substance and needs makes work repetitive on a regular basis. The majority of our clients work in education. Fortunately, management has taken notice and is extending its portfolio.

The Work Culture and the Environment in the Company is very good and there is a lot of growth opportunity in the company to learn and grow. I have worked on many big clients for the performance marketing and learnt a lot. The higher management is also very supportive when it comes to learning.

The overall culture is good. There is continuous training focused on the overall skill development of employees.

The work timings seem to be flexible depending from employee to employee, resulting in poor co-ordination at times.

1. They will treat you like, use, and throw if you try to correct them in any situation. 2. All the projects are unplanned. 3. There is no scope for creativity. 4. Have to compromise on health. 5. Have to work on a few Saturdays and Sundays as well with no comp off.

Everything, specially the fact that account managers are writing reviews here everyday for SRV and making it look it has the best culture but don't be fooled. And they'll make you work on sat and sun too.
