In my humble opinion: 1. Very Poor Leadership n Work Culture / Colonial Mindset. 2. Below Standard Salary Structure with respect to Work Expectations 3. Very Low Shift Allowance n no overtime payout 4. Ambiguity in Performance Management n Increment / Promotion 5. 2 Shifts (6am-3pm and 3pm-12pm) 6. Very High Work Pressure due to poor Capacity Planning which results in High Turnover every year due to burnout faced by existing team member. 7. No time to learn new things after initial training period due to high work load / unreasonable and unrealistic expectations 8. Micromanagement and no WFH setup allowance 9. Very rigid behaviour for WFH / WFN incase of any emergency / issues or applying for leave. 10. For many staff they have downgraded grade/designation in the last HR round at every level, be aware of the hierarchy and apply accordingly. 11. No annual health check-up for employees and out patient medical card is not useful, no medical facility for parents.Read More
