    Nothing, I work there 22 months no any appraisal, salary increament, even after an year no salary revise was done by the HR, even seniors are pathetic if you don't l**k there a** they not gonna help you for your promotions even they issue irrelevant CAP and with the help of CAP you will get discard from the IJP 😑😑

    Initially they offered permanent work from home but suddenly they asked everyone to come to office

    Dislikes

    Startek doesn't want talented people they just want peop with basic primary school knowledge and the salary package is the worse part. Also no assurity for work, you will be thrown out anytime without prior notice. They treat all the employees like their servant

    It's good to work but the salary and benefits were too less , this is only for freshers not for experienced persons.

    Dislikes

    No promotions will be given , it's completely night shift and there's no even night shift allowance. Management is very strict .

    No it's work from home. And manager were team leader do not support in anyways they only put pressure for the employe to complete the targets no mercy

    Everything no salary increament no only manager keep on changing the process change if the employes are less they will change without even asking agent opinion no experience letter is givenn to employes

    After 2.5 years they promoted me as a team leader

    Dislikes

    After 2.5 years they promoted me as a team leader, but they couldn't provide the documented mail .... I'm working as a team leader but taking a salary of a L1 agent and the main thing is I'm a team leader but my team members are getting more salary then me 🙂
