People working at State Street Syntel Services are a lot good, understanding, helping & professional people. I am glad that I met like this kind people & this people as my colleagues. There is a lot to learn here so much knowledge. Syntel is a university of Investment Banking as StateStreet the world's largest custodian is our client & we are working as a part of them. But apart from this there is no any reason to be here in this company at all. Good for freshers to work here for 2-3 years Max not more than that. For experienced people 2 years is enough to stay here in Syntel.Read More

I want to leave this company because the work life balance is so poor & salary-promotion is also very political & unhealthy. No working access provided properly also no good services of employee wellbeing. No chairs, desktops available for team. Laptops are also worst while working. IT dept is also slow in working. Here in Syntel HR gives importance to form filling activities more than your actual work production & deadlines. All though my experience is 50-50 here as I've seen the greatest & the worst time as well & I've stayed here in the worst as well but overall 3 Stars is what I can give this being an employee to this organisation.Read More

... I believe he finally got fired again from here after they formed a committee due to complaints, but he moved on to getting a better pay with a better salary. There were many other ombuds related issues that were not taken care of at that time.Read More
