Nepotism, promotion of executives beyond GM is on the basis of your line up, and many other unwanted means. Quality, dedication, sincerity, knowledge are secondary parameters. After retirement attitude to them is very painful. Idiotic and nasty. No program exists for utilising the qualities of retired executives, unless you have connections to higher authorities. Medical facilities is satisfactory but for referral to better hospitals need your connection to higher ups doctors. Anomalies exists in pay revision to retired executives , exceptional principle comparing to other public sector units. Etc.Read More
