They were giving good salary package to fresher

Working culture is worst. They don't value third party employees , we worked like casuals. No appreciation for working double double shift, working 12-15 hr in general shift. Unit-III is specifically waste unit. They have destroyed so many freshers career by putting them anywhere.

Company facilities and utilities are very nice. Salary and incriment also good. But inside people and higher management are the worst. 12 hrs shift daily for production staffs. Behaviour is also worst. Many people are resigning because of work culture of the Company.HR are very non cooperative. Behaviour of HR fellows are very worst.

But due to Global pandemic the company cash flow is down. But Promoters are keep bumping the cash in. People may stop Discrimination and racism.

...ours work and you can't expect the weekly offs as mentioned in the offer letter. About compensation salary deduction is more and very less take home salary . For Employee family health benefits you have to take additional insurance policy. Career growth and working culture is average. If you are looking for a good company don't come here and spoil your career and healthy life.

Procurement team is not good in Onesource Dodballapur location. There is a person named Harsha who doesn't have work ethics and himself belives that he owns onesource pharma. And if Dodballapur location gets sold like bommsandra unit it's only because of him. Due to him many employees left the organization even there are cases of absconding because of his torture. He also doesn't support who work for company development. Lots of pending payment to vendor (even to water tanker of 2018) he is doesn't even bothered to keep good relationship with vendors. My suggestion to management please scrutinize procurement work of Dodballapur there are lot of material purchased in double the price land get better team to see actual development and better to surpass people like Harsha.
