    Job security is there even the process shut down, company will transfer to you in another process. Work pressure is depend on your process in which you are. Training is provided by team members some of them give good training some are not. Very friendly environment. Managers and TL are very very friendly.

    Salary is very poor. No extra benefits. Don't expect good appraisal even you are hard working person. They fixed the certain rate that only they give

    1. Job security is there 2. Less work pressure 3.Gain knowledge 4. People are good but some toxic peoples are also there in my team 5. Training will be given good managers are also friendly

    1. Salary is very very less among the industry 2.No benefits, even the insurance is not there for you 3.No indian leaves only client leave 4.Less appraisal 5. Though You work so hard there is no high appraisal for you they fixed the certain rate that only they give.

    Please Don't Join this Company Very worst management, Very very worst salary specially No Appraisal. Yeah appraisal is there but u can't get anything only Rs.200 or 300 u will Get yearly Appraisal. My humble request please join any other better company 🙏.. Worst Appraisal Worst HR and Management Ok for Job security not much. No Bonus No Sweet & spicy for Diwali.. No leave for Special Festival Or Any Religion leave strictly not allowed. In Appraisal meet Managers Act as Super Star Rajinikanth.. There is No Word to say this company.. because that much Worst.. actually I'm currently working this company....     On an initial level, a very good training was provided. Also it was a pleasure to work in a safe and clean environment. Teammates and staff was kindly supportive and friendly.

    Work life balance was tough to cope up with. Also compensation and salary packages can be improved for enhancing the employee satisfaction.
