    Job security is there even the process shut down, company will transfer to you in another process. Work pressure is depend on your process in which you are. Training is provided by team members some of them give good training some are not. Very friendly environment. Managers and TL are very very friendly.

    Salary is very poor. No extra benefits. Don't expect good appraisal even you are hard working person. They fixed the certain rate that only they give

    1. Salary is very very less among the industry 2.No benefits, even the insurance is not there for you 3.No indian leaves only client leave 4.Less appraisal 5. Though You work so hard there is no high appraisal for you they fixed the certain rate that only they give.
