Employee resignation avg. 1 per month in QA dept. Some times 4-5 person leaving in same month 8. Poor management structure. Old employees who have worked hard during green field stage No attention towards them. 9. New employees directly coming to upper stages of the structure. 10. Remote location from city about 45 km from Mehsana & 50 km from kadi. 11. No Drinking or Non veg for outsiders 12. Japanese employees full priority given. All are having cab facilities & Dormitories for leaving. Also overtime for them. Salaries in Crores for them. 13. If you are going on official trip & investing your money you have to do lot of tasks for claiming it back as company feels like they are making you proud by giving the travel expenses. Also ticket booking/cab booking is a lengthy task. 14. You cannot book the company car from home. You have to come & go from company by company car when going outside. This affects the working time as employee lefts half day from the destination. 15. If one second punching is late half day gets cut. 16. Total paper wastage in all the dept. as you are taking lot of printouts for explaining the issues. 17. If some issue is occuring you have to make the paper first against taking action against that issue. 18. Incapable staff filled in top management as they require lot of explanation.Read More
