The Work life balance sometimes can be sucking and frustrating it all depends on your team and your manager. In my case my Manager was a jerk and always wanted everyone to work on weekends as well to complete the revenue targets. There is always a pressure to perform otherwise you can be laid off whenever company is out on budget and is in loss. Be careful and chose your time wisely since as I mentioned above it all depends on your manager how good you can be here.Read More

- KRA's are calculated incorrectly and not corrected to justify less salary hikes. - No focus on mental health, you can be forced to work 6 or 7 days even when the policy states 5 days. - Because of low headcount people are forced to log in twice-thrice in 24 hours. - Toxic work culture, gaslighting's pretty common. - favouritism while approving paid leaves approval and making rosters, manager's favs always get desired shifts. - supervisors are unaware of process updates and most of the times are not there to assist, you have to take help from other agents. - some managers don't even have enough process knowledge to lend a hand. - If your reporting manager is Ankur, then book sessions with a therapist and a psychiatrist, every week, but it still won't be enough.Read More
