Mostly they take employees only on contract, sometimes they ask to go because they dont get projects though agreement is still valid. sometime they gives false agreement

Likes

1) Tea 2) My work place 3) The respect which I gained from the people over their. 4) My Interpersonal Growth (Not Monitory) 5) Their dependencies upon me. 6) I am ashamed, after working 5 and a half years, I am not able to write sixth point.

Dislikes

1) Time Management issue. 2) Un-necessary dependencies and overload on employees. 3) Integrity issue (MD to Employees) 4) In the name of Reward and Recognition.. There was no Reward only Recognition. 5) Sticky and Stinky atmosphere. 6) Mismanagement. 7) Non Truthfulness and lack of transparency. 8) Retention of projects with the help of below budgeting/costing. Hurting Industry Standards. 9) No Monetary Growth, No appraisal, No recreation 10) Just join and you can write a book on dislikes about working in SyManSys.

It is great experience working with Symansys, work culture is too good and every teammates is very supportive. Company is working with 4 domains so we all have option to learn new skills in training time. I have completed 1 year and my journey with symansys is very good. Learning under leaders that is the best part of my 1 year.

Good to go, I dont have any dislike.

There is nothing to like about the organization. Narrow minded people work in the organization. No policies, they fight and argue over 3500 rps. The company has no business because of poor management and poor seniors.

Once you join it you feel like you are trapped. So beware of this organization guys.

Likes

Environment is very friendly and senior people guide to groom their subordinates. It has an excellent work culture and work life balance. Sometime pressure is high but the company has trained us to understand our responsibility and deliver the best. Company has a premium client list and person get really get exposure with various projects. the company gives full freedom and flexibility to perform the task and the big thing is Management always listens employees opinion.

Dislikes

Not really, If working is a part of any disliking, I totally disagree. If I dont like tea provided by office which is sweet and it is the cause then its unfortunate. Sometime work pressure is high due to tight deadlines.
