Too much politics in side the company, pay scale is good only for who having reference, if u don't have HR will ask u come for the same salary. It's completely marati based company, they prefer maneger levels for north Indian south Indians are doing bench level work with more experience. There is no monograph for salary calculation, 12 year experienced can get 5lk backage same depart 4 year person can get same 5lk, managers sitting only getting salary, my personal advice don't join here.

Flexy work timing , food quality is good, ohc available, less family benefits

Office politics more at work place ,arrogant high level people will destroy low grade level employees career for theirs reputations and ego satisfaction.

Good company. Department is good. Work culture is good. More preference is to safety. Fir girl this is good company. If you want to settle this is good.

No much negative points. Salary hike is good but apperesel is partiality. No festival bonus.

Policies are very good, culture is very good and respect from others we can expect which one is not in other companies. Celebrating festivals, conduting competitions, quitz are very good.
