Too much of politics, no hike, no appreciation, always finger pointing, micro management, if you are good with stamping on others to progress and overshadowing, then Atos is the right place for you

I had work life balance as there were not much work at ATOS. The had a decent package already.

There is no job sescurity in ATOS. I strongly recommend not to join the ATOS as they would throw anyone out when you are not. Although ATOS was not like this before 2 years. This is what happening in ATOS from 2023. The company actually is coming for closure/sale of its part of the properties due to heavy debts, hence there is a volatile situation. There are no new projects coming in and also many of the projects are getting cancelled. The biggest problem with the company is the management is not at all worth enough to run an MNC and hence the downtime, which in turn has no furture for the employees. There are much politics involved in ATOS.

Likes

Work life balance is awesome. Most of the projects are europian or American, so travel opps are there. No of leaves are way more than what other companies offer and can be utilised without challenges.

Dislikes

Jobs not secure, they just fire if Bench aging is more than one month. Yearly salary increments are very bad. Admin and HR processes are badly messed up, nobody knows about policy clearly.

Nothing just technologies are latest in some of FedEx project other than nothing I liked.

...n you are not in shift. No compoff when working on weekends. No shift allowance. You will not get any benefit in FedEx apart from salary. Lot of South Indian politics, higher management is full of South Indian so they promote and appreciate South Indian only even u have ton lot of knowledge than those people. No hikes. I wasted 2 yrs of my career in FedEx atos syntel seeing this stuff, 90 days notice period is an issue to leave this company

Atos is my first and best company, The infrastructure is well and good, Fresher or experienced will like this company to join, you even have bus facility and work life balance is based on your project, Company wise good.

Dislikes

No bonus for the employees, low salaries.. infrastructure is good, campus also good but ntg much to expect on variable pay.
