Management (Amar): Amar has been a great leader to work under. He provides clear direction, trusts the team, and is open to new ideas. His leadership style encourages growth and ownership. Work Culture: The overall environment is positive and team-oriented. There’s mutual respect among peers and good collaboration across teams. Work-Life Balance: Reasonable workload and flexibility when needed. Worst comapny i have ever worked. It's consultancy only representing themselves as ITES Service company. No joining policies, no training or induction, no clear leave policy. Management changes policies every month, not timing limit. They are trapping candidates by false promises for contractual position and after contract finish they will immediately without notice period, even they not bother to deduct salary. They promised to provide you direct client payroll but it will never happen. Stay away from this company. There will be no communication from management or seniors anytime, they just you to work like donkey for them.
