...4. Very Toxic Work Culture. Bollywood ki tarah full dikhawa andar se khokhle. 5. No growth opportunities, Won't let you grow your skills or Salary. You lose your skills over time and becomes incompetent in the industry and becomes their slave. In the end you are left with disappointments that you joined them. 5. They don't have Canteen. 6. They didn't even have Coffee Machine till mid 2022 😂 7. In COVID They forced a colleague to buy a scooty because she was not allowed to use public transport and she was given the option to resign.

Tseries is good for nothing. It is even worst than a lala compay. Its is a fish market with highly unprofessional people on top management. The top management started their job as a peon and reached to the top level management by buttering and blackmailing the owners. Numerous ex employees as well as current employees are suffering from mental hareshments by those peons on the top level management. The top.level management are 5 fail and they teach highly professional rofessional people to do things. If you wanr to spoil your career then i should recommend you to join Tseries.

Tseries is good for nothing. Illustrate people have given top level positions who are 5 pass and they only harrash the profession. Pathetic company with toxic work culture and people on the top level management are senior citizen who are egostic and do not know how to respect others.

T series is a perfect place to work if you're looking to balance your work life. Working here is always going to entertain you with many new things. You'll get a lot to learn from here.

Well most of the things of this company is very flexible but there are some strict rules which has been a problematic for all employees

It's a very good place if you are looking for job security. Just don't put finger on anything and do your work, you are more than secured. You'll get salaries on time. They also pay for your medical insurance, phone Bills and your conveyance. You'll also get EPF. You might secure your job for years, maybe decades, even if you don't perform at all that's a plus point. :P

Dislikes

This would be a really cool place to work if one can get recognition with their work and performance. This feels more like school :P Would not suggest this place if you are looking for skills enhancement. Lack of growth opportunity and recognition with your Good work. An annual hike you'll get regardless of your performance. An appraisal would be grateful if someone performs really good. You have to be self motivated to work, won't get any external motivation.

Working with India's biggest music label and production house will make anyone CV very strong

Very slow for your work like Promotion and appraisal. Have to remind everyday but still the work will not get done.
