    People handling is not good. Sometimes you are treated as slave. Work culture is purely Indian based system. You are expected to stretch all the time and you are supposed to come to office on Saturdays even it's weekoff. Difficult to manage work life balance.

    TAFE -power source division, corporate team has give lot of benifits. But the plant management peoples play lot of politics to provide the benifits to employees and staffs. They unwanted give the pressure to staff level. In power source division only one person has spoiled the company and brand name. Management has failed to monitering. So all employees has loss their job. Company has closed the plant, without compansation to staffs. Ideally the give work from home to all staff people and pressure to all for resignation the job. Lot of peoples are working more than 10 years. All are suffered due to the management bad decision. It's not a job secured organization.
