    Nothing, this company is not safe for women, this company has no growth, no respect more work and less salary. Don't waste your time in this company. At my hotel Taj landsend cctv was found in the women's washroom and the HR dept closed the case very shamelessly. Shame on this hotel a disgrace to the name of Tata.

    Women safety issue, no learning, no growth, no salary nothing with long hours of work. This is not personal but the reality. There was cctv found in the ladies washroom at Taj landsend Mumbai and the hr dept closed the case very shamelessly. This hotel is a disgrace to the brand of Tata.

    My mentor was very supportive and there were a few seniors/colleagues that helped discover new avenues of my profession. And I did get to learn quite a bit from my fellow employees

    Dislikes

    The work life balance was non-existent. The management was unsupportive and the pay to labour ratio was terrible. Overall taj needs to work a lot on how they handle mismanagement, employee shortages and busy seasons. Because during my time there, all I saw were frustrated unsatisfied employees who were burnt out due to constantly high expectations but not support from the company in terms of resources or facilities.

    As a guest it's greate to stay there but as an employee it's hectic. Very less salary, treating like slaves by the supervisors, no timings for work and worst food for employees. Only one thing about the property is the view. Each and every rooms has a different view from the balcony

    Since I am confirmed worker job security was there but I wasted my final 10 years service with Taj Group. Retired on 3 Feb 2022 with rupees 57000/- final settlement, because of Taj bloody Policies.

    Dislikes

    ...Salary and Appraisal are not done as per individual performance. Before joining Taj (TATA Group) I was working with international chains like Hilton, Intercont, Radison, Shangrila when compare to them Taj needs more time to grow. In Taj only HODs and Union Staff (Rank and File Staff) enjoy the life, there is one category (HLF) neither he is executive nor Rank and File, because of them Hotel is running, I offen used to call them Transgender (9) community. Since I was in Purchase Dept. reporting to my immediate Supervisor (Purchase Head) and Finance Manager how can I expect reasonable appraisal/increment/promotion. I thank Mr. Rakesh Sarna, Ex MD who is treated each and every employee as one and offered many facilities for employees and their families.
