Instead, they have their own ways, that doesn't help the organization in anyway to grow together. Management is based from Virudhunagar/Sivakasi (TamilNadu) people only. So you could see lots of top executives working in the organization They are always elevated in their career path even though they do not have the right skill sets. Company policies are it's worst that even for a job change, you have to seek permission from HRD! Late sitting on daily basis even after finishing the designated works, no proper infrastructure in branches, lack in leaders, inefficient management as a whole. Job security is in a decreasing trend now. They either look out for opportunities to send you out on punishment like CRS/increment cuts or torture/fight with you in branches attempting to make a worst culture to exit the job.
