No job security. If you get in as a contractor then no value for you. They will differentiate you and the actual employee. If you are sick on some days as a human being, they don’t respect it and mark a black dot on your name for taking a leave. Then without no notice prior minimum of 30 days, they will fire your right before one week of last working day. Horrible manager and mentor who were women. So the moral of the story is a woman’s worst enemy is another woman.Read More
