In Tata Working culture is good and salary benefits is less , very good skills development and new learnings intiative. Job security is good.

Not negotiable 5- Poor documentation 6- managers don't know, how to deal with juniors. 7- Gender discrimination. 8- Poor work culture 9- Poor increment. 10- Poor promotions. 11- All HR policies against employee. 12- zero quality on product
