Dislikes

Salary Hike & Promotions are Low. No any steps taken to retain relieving employees by giving appropriate or atleast a hike in salary they deserve. Very little has done to improve employees Technical capabilities by Trainings.

The Brand TATA is the only reason to like this company.

Dislikes

...y. Infinity batch (Cader, Freshers) are treated like use and throw tissue paper. Company take advantage of freshers in the name of salary offering and position offerings. The company is destroying name of TATA. The Brand TATA is known for people's benefit and value for people but TATA AutoComp System Ltd is completely opposite of this. I recommend freshers to not get into their false promises. Take a lesser package and position instead of destroying your career here in this worst TATA company. One more this to highlight is that the very awards they are getting is by providing complete false information the ground reality of the company and their business units is disgusting. This company is a disaster in anyone's career.

Just because of TATA group company, job security is there but that is also for name sake, terrible work life balance and pay scale will force you to leave the company by yourself only.

Salary and benefits is poor, Variable pay is more, Higher management is not good of TTC, HR and their policies are not good at all. HR team not supporting you in any of your problems.

Management forced to do two shifts in single day without giving compansation off or any pay. Email id was not giving to communicate the problems.
