    ... Seniors will taunt you about your grade and salary. Will treat you like beggars. 10. Very diplomatic persons are existing in this company. 11. Will treat well to freshers but after 1 month management will treat you like slum dog. 12. In campus placement also they will show higher packages but after joining your salary will be reduced to half. Also no assurance on your position that you will get in campus placement. Fake commitments also exist.

    There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance of compoff however no compoff is given after that. There is late sitting and extended month end.

    Here i am working as a IT ( business analyst) when i given the interview that time they told i have to do business analyst work. After joining they shift mi in support , people are work here are very judgmental no support form management and HR because this this is a management driven company not an HR driven, whoever is sit in top management they having issue some time they use such a bad word please don’t join this company what we think company having name of tata but they are not follow tata culture.

    In collection it's worst place senior pressure to do invest money from salary for your target agency and manager to loading for achieving seniors targets other wise they are not giving confirmation in prohibition period and always say to do resign from your position. No support from hr and rcu. All senior waste fellow working in tata capital only.

    Company is good but senior employees working from last 10 years in same position. All that senior are mind less and they said that they are correct always they don't know present market situation.
