Leaves , WFH policy , Flexible timings and no forcing to come to office. Also like across the organisation you will be supported properly if you are going through tough life phases. This is an amazing company.


Salary and Perks are not that much. If you are in a Management role chances are you will be getting more money as compared to other job roles. Also some very very few teams have toxicity but overall this is a really good company if you want everything overall. But mind you salary and promotion aspects are real slow. You need to play politics.

...Salary - initially salary may be competitive but during appraisals you will be surprised of no hike because you are sitting in higher bracket as per their calculations. My four team members including myself didn't get any hike even some of them completed 2 yrs of service (first year they got hike but in second year just received a letter saying you are in a premium bracket), what the hell. Promotions depends NOT on your tech skills but how much you follow your supervisors. And most of the people sitting on higher positions are very old in their age and in the system also, they wont give a shit to your new ideas or thoughts as they think you are hurting their ego or may take over their positions. Skill developments - forget about it, you have to invest yourself if you want to learn new skills, they don't have a skill development program as such. May times they go to outsourced vendors and deploy their resources on client sites as relevant skills not available internally. You have to be like a bagger for months to get approval for your certification cost. Overall, worst company - no process at all, they mend the available process as per their wish. I dont know why HR exists when they cannot do anything. Very poor decision making, you will waste time in meetings discussing the same topic again and again while waiting for old folks to take wise decision but later nothing will happen. If you highlight some issue or gap, then it will be your problem to drive it with different teams even though it is nowhere related to your deliverables. Or even you may get scolded why did you highlight it, so be ignorant and better look for a change.
