In the department of clinical pharmacology, flexibility to work, huge opportunities in terms of attending lectures, conferences and workshops (national as well as international), a lot of learning as the entire project responsibility is assigned to you, multitasking, very supportive and encouraging. You get to make many contacts for a better career.

Pay scale is two low. Irrespective of the project duration, the tenure ends in six months and needs extension which may even delay your salary. There is issues of funds for conducting projects. Ordering materials related to project is too lengthy and a big headache. As it is a government organisation, to much time and energy is taken in getting approvals and work is not smooth.

Overall good experience got to know about new thing learn new things as well. Had opportunity to interact with doctors who are doing research as well. Good institute to start of your career.
