    ...I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good. That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.

    I don't think that in my starting career I faced anything that becomes a dislike for me towards the organization. One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.

    Nothing other than brand name of Tata.

    Dislikes

    ... Salary structure is worse. Management believes on advertisement instead of actual work. HR department exist only for useless meetings and PPTs. Management force employees to work on holidays and weekends but no policy of holiday allowance or weekend allowance. Till now HR team are not aware of what are the policy available here. There are no self time for employees. Zero work life balance. Toxic ambiance and work culture. Management is degrading the Tata brand here.

    Dislikes

    Opportunities provided is less for payroll employees. After taking new projects HR are asking to take less salary and if asked to give hike on present salary requesting to join and committing to provide less pressure work.

    Salary increament is not good ... there is no chance for promotion and fews employees are not good.. they have no manner to how to work how to talk with colleagues....they are only sole licking of seniors for promotion or others work .
